Purpose of these terms
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to define the terms of access and use of the Vecteur service (hereinafter "the Service").
By accessing the Service, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
Service description
Vecteur is an application that allows aggregating and visualizing bank accounts, financial data and wealth indicators through a single interface. The Service can be accessed via a browser or a native desktop or mobile application.
Access to the service
Access to the Service is reserved for adults with full legal capacity. Creating an account is necessary to benefit from the main features.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out via their account. In case of unauthorized access or compromise, they undertake to inform Vecteur as soon as possible.
User obligations
The user undertakes to use the Service in compliance with applicable legislation, particularly laws relating to personal data protection, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention. In this regard, they particularly refrain from:
- using the Service for illicit, fraudulent or diverted purposes;
- attempting to harm the proper functioning or security of the Service;
- infringing the rights of third parties (particularly copyright, privacy, etc.);
- accessing or attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
Personal data
Using the Service involves collecting and processing personal data, particularly banking data. Vecteur undertakes to comply with applicable regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Intellectual property
All elements making up the Service (interface, logo, texts, codes, algorithms, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting.
Responsibility
Vecteur implements the necessary means to ensure an available and secure service. Nevertheless, the user acknowledges that:
Availability and maintenance
Vecteur reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the Service for maintenance, update operations or in case of force majeure.
Whenever possible, users will be informed in advance.
Suspension and termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the application interface.
Vecteur reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, without notice, in case of non-compliance with these Terms, fraudulent or illegal use of the Service, or for security reasons.
Modification of terms
Vecteur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of substantial modification, users will be informed by any appropriate means (notification in the application, email, etc.).
Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except for contrary mandatory legal provisions.
